Definitely feeling accomplished in the gym today. 2 miles in 48 minutes, I will take it. Slowly trying get back on track. Tomorrow the weigh in to see what my 3 and a half month flare has done to my weight, I already know what it has done to my body.
Hopefully next Friday with my Rheumatologist follow up we will have a name for the autoimmune disease I have and a plan to control it.
Set goals, stay true to them. Don’t let the judgment of others bring you down.
