I am in week three of my methotrexate journey my pain level has improved greatly and my blood pressure has stablized. So far I am tolerating the medication well. I run a fever for a few hours the day I take it, experience nausea, minimal stomach issues, and fatigue. The only real down side so far is I am exhausted all the time.
