Pain Pain go away

I didn't feel well today and it shows below.   Just feeling sick and my right foot and left hip are hurting.

BREAKFAST
Ham and Egg Omelet - 300 calories

LUNCH

DINNER
Spaghetti and Meatsauce

WATER
60-70 ounces

EXERCISE
Completed a 1.16-mile walking activity.  (Day 4)
