Pain Pain go away

I didn't feel well today and it shows below.   Just feeling sick and my right foot and left hip are hurting.
Breakfast: 2 egg/ham omelet - 300 calories 
Exercise: Belinda Riley-Sanders completed a 1.16 mile walking activity.  (Day 4)
Dinner:  Spaghetti and Meatsauce 
Water: 60-70 ounces
